Radio products have a 10-day warranty against manufacturing defects through GigaParts from the date you receive your order. Most products carry a factory warranty, available through the manufacturer. Your product will be replaced or repaired at our option or at the manufacturer's option. Radio manufacturers will not authorize us to directly replace your radio more than 10 days from the date you receive your radio. GigaParts can only warranty items that are in NEW condition, unmodified, with the original packaging materials, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, and UPC tags in NEW condition. Items not in new condition should be returned to the manufacturer for warranty service.
Unauthorized Modification of your radio or equipment voids your warranty. While manufacturers will take the cause of any problem into consideration, there is no guarantee that they will warranty your radio if it has been modified, even if the modification was not the cause of the defect. Modified radios do not qualify for direct replacement. GigaParts can perform MARS/CAP modifications that WILL NOT void your factory warranty.
Software is nonreturnable to GigaParts, and issues concerning software should be resolved with the manufacturer.
MFJ products are governed by MFJ's warranty policy.
All returns must be shipped prepaid via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, insured for the full value of the product.
Returns for refund or exchange are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee but must be done within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Refunds for orders shipped with free freight will be charged the original freight costs. Refusal of shipments may be subject to additional charges, and refunds or exchanges for these items will not be processed until the shipment has returned to our dock. Except for items that are being returned under a manufacturer's warranty, GigaParts may refuse to accept for return any item it deems is not resalable or personal items such as ear phones and most headphones.
If you receive your order and it appears to have been damaged in shipping, please notify the delivery driver at that time and file a claim through the shipping company. If you need assistance with filing a claim, please contact our sales department. Do not discard boxes or packing material, as doing so may prohibit your claim.
To obtain a Returned Authorization Number ("RA number"), please go to http://www.gigaparts.com/returns. Your shipment must contain the RA number, clearly written in the shipping label or on the outside of the box, or it will be refused. Warranty replacements will be shipped after the defective item has been tested at our facility, unless arrangements have been made for an advance replacement. Warranty issues for international orders should be resolved directly with the manufacturer.
Equipment sold on consignment is not the property of GigaParts, and we offer no warranty and make no claims as to the condition of the equipment. Consignment equipment is sold with a 7-day evaluation period (from ship date) and may be returned only if it has a major defect that was not noted at the time of sale.
All special order items are on a pre-paid basis. Customers will be notified for pickup once the product has arrived. Special Order items are non-returnable. Warranty for Special Order items is typically handled directly with the manufacturer, however there may be instances where your warranty is handled in-store.
