The antenna separated between the fiberglass and radial fitting. Several voicemails left over a week. No answer. GigaParts has a 30 day warranty so they would not engage.
Contacting BBB and AmEx to get Diamond to engage (GigaParts has been GREAT, so Im keeping them out of it).

I have been happy with this antenna and brought it with me when I moved. In the move I lost a screw and have been reaching out to Diamond for assistance. I just want specs on the screw so I can go buy one. I finally got an email from Denise who said if I sent my address she would send me the screws. I thanked her and gave her my address. NO SCREWS CAME, AND NO RESPONSE TO ANY OF MY MANY EMAILS AFTER THAT, NOR MY VOICE MAILS LEFT ON A MACHINE THAT NOBODY SEEMS TO MONITOR. I will not be buying a diamond antenna again. Their service is VERY sub par.

I have been using this antenna for about 1.5 years. It was easy to install. It is sitting on top of 2 ten foot fence posts (e.g. 20 ft elevation) and works good. still matches perfect to 2 and 75.
