If your item needs to be repaired due to a manufacturing defect, a new replacement item will be shipped to you once GigaParts receives the repaired unit from the manufacturer. If the item is no longer in production, it will be replaced with a comparable item or the cost of the warranty will be refunded and we will allow the manufacturer to repair the item.
