MFJ 1412 VHF/UHF Mobile Antennas are just 40 in. long, and yet they handle a full 200 watts of power. These antennas are a half-wave on 2-meters and provide a 3-dB gain. Even better, they are a five-eighths wave on 440 MHz yield 5.5-dB of gain!
