Very disillusioned, unhappy and regretful

Purchased this meter a year ago. Out of the box it was unsatisfactory. The meter was not actuate and the functions unreliable. Almost seems MFJ rushed it out the door before finale calibrations. It has been setting in the box ever since purchasing. I need to return it to MFJ for replacement or repair and I am sure at a price up and over shipping cost. Very disillusioned, unhappy and regretful
