Works poorly on 70 cm

The two bands covered by this antenna, 2m and 70cm, are harmonically related by a factor of three. The designers chose to use a simple T connection on the feed harness instead of a true diplexer. As a result, when you excite on 70cm, the 2m antenna (third harmonic) also accepts power. But the pattern of the 2m antenna on 70cm is multi-lobed and scatters signal in unwanted directions. This distorts the pattern and lowers the on-axis gain on 70cm. Performance can be improved somewhat by substituting a diplexer for the T connector but then the SWR on both antennas detune. Readjusting the gamma matches only partially works.
