Does it cost to join Connect Rewards?
No, joining is FREE! Simply create an account online or in-store by asking an associate. An email address is required to join.

I already have a registered email address, do I need to do anything? 
No, all pre-existing accounts will be added to the program. You're ready to start earning points today!

I don't want to participate in Connect Rewards, can I opt-out? 
Yes, simply contact us and request to opt-out of the Connect Rewards.

Who can participate?
Any individual who is 16 years of age or older that is a legal resident of the United States is eligible for membership. Eligible minors must obtain parent or legal guardian consent prior to participation. Clubs, trusts, businesses or corporations  are not eligible to participate.

How does it work?
For every $1 spent on merchandise or services, you will earn 1 Reward Point. Special promotions may take place where points are multiplied. To earn points on your account, you must be signed-in during checkout online; if purchasing in-store, notify the cashier of the email address associated with your account. Sales tax and shipping fee's do not earn reward points - but you may spend reward points to cover those fee's if you elect to.

Do my past purchases count?
We're sorry, but they do not. However, eligible transactions after 9AM central time on 10/29/2024 will count!

Can I redeem my points for Gift Cards?
You may not purchase a gift card with rewards points. Additonally, rewards points are not earned when purchasing gift cards.

I forgot to sign-in when checking out online or I forgot to tell the cashier my email address in-store, can you add the points to my account?
To earn points, you must sign-in to your account online during checkout or notify the cashier at the time of purchase that you have an account. We cannot award points after the transaction has been completed.

How do I check my rewards points balance?
Simply sign-in to your account on our website. After you have signed-in, click on the "My Rewards Points" tab on the left side. You can also see the history of rewards points earned and redeemed here as well.

Do my purchases on Amazon or eBay count?
They do not. Only qualifying purchases made at www.gigaparts.com or in our participating retail locations count.
