Arrow Antennas 440-5
Arrow antennas are hand held directional Yagi antennas made in America and a great accessory for the ham that wants a very directional, focused propagation of his transceiver radio so he/she can work LEO (low earth orbit) satellites and distant repeaters. The antenna’s direction is modified by a reflector (the largest element, located at the “back” of the antenna) and then several reflectors, or directors, set in parallel help to focus the propagation of the antenna. The more reflectors the Yagi has, the greater the gain.
(BP stands for BackPack)The Arrow II line of antennas has been engineered to provide maximum gain and efficiency in the smallest practical size & weight. ONLY 12 oz.
Aluminum Arrow Shafts are used for elements.
The in-line gamma match is pre-assembled & pre-tuned. BNC connector only. The boom is ¾” square (with round corners) 26.5” long. Note the big black foam grip for easy holding.
Boom & elements all have plastic tips for safety
