GigaParts Contest and Promotion Details

Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Employees of GigaParts are not eligible to participate except for cashiers eligible for the cashier prize, as outlined below.

How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

1. Promo Code Entry:
   • To participate, obtain your unique promo code from a cashier at the GigaParts Huntsville location.
   • Share your promo code with friends, family, or on social media to increase your chances of winning.
   • When someone uses your promo code at checkout in-store at GigaParts Huntsville, both you and the person using your code will be entered into the contest.
   • Each customer may only use a specific promo code once. However, customers are allowed to use multiple different promo codes (one time each).
   • To be eligible, all participants (code users and sharers) must provide their full name and either a valid email address or phone number at the time of entry.
   • Each successful use of your code counts as one unique entry for both parties.
   • If you lose your code, you can request a new one from a cashier at the Huntsville location at any time.
   • Entries must be submitted during the official contest period.
2. Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Required):
   • To enter without making a purchase or using a promo code, send a hand-written postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to: GigaParts Contest Entry, PO Box 11367, Huntsville, AL 35814.
   • Each postcard counts as one entry.
   • Limit one postcard entry per person per day.
   • All mail-in entries must be postmarked during the contest period and received prior to the applicable drawing date.

Drawing Details

• A random drawing for a pair of $1,000 GigaParts gift cards (one for the code sharer or mail-in entrant, and one for the code user) will be held once a month or after 250 unique entries have been received.
• Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the drawing.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize

• Each drawing awards:
  • Two (2) $1,000 GigaParts gift cards – one to the code sharer or mail-in entrant, and one to the code user.
  • One (1) $500 GigaParts gift card to the GigaParts cashier who issued the winning entry at the Huntsville location.
• Gift cards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Additional Terms

• Promo codes must be used in good faith. Fraudulent, duplicate, or suspicious activity may disqualify entries at GigaParts’ sole discretion.
• GigaParts reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time without notice.
• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of GigaParts, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.

Promotion Period

• This is an ongoing promotion. Each contest period resets after a drawing is held.
