Long, but awesome 2M mobile antenna!

Super high gain mono-band obviously needs a solid mount. Fold over base makes it easy to tilt the antenna over when needing to enter low overhead clearance areas. The tapered whip helps defeat wind load so the antenna isn't trailing 4ft behind down the highway. I bought the NR22L as a solution to losing all repeaters in my area during my long commute to work. After switching to this antenna I was able to hold repeaters for well over a hundred miles and higher level repeaters even farther. I love this antenna!
