Don't Buy From This Manufacturer

I purchased the Euronode Hotspot on 19 May 2025. It took over 2 months to figure out that it was not working, after buying a Radioddity hotspot which works correctly with the same Pi-Star configuration that I used for this hotspot. This device is not hearing my radio. Going through the Offset testing and configuration shown on YouTube ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vcVTc7GU4f0&t ) I realized that this hotspot was not responding. I also tried using the MMDVMCAL ( https://www.m7spi.co.uk/mmdvmcal/ ) calibration method, which confirmed that this device is deaf.
Knowing this was out of the return/support window, I got an email address from Gigaparts, documented my problem with screen shots and emailed the manufacturer. It took a week to get a response telling me that I did the calibration wrong. I am guessing he did not read everything in my email. In the process, I figured out that the hotspot maybe was hard-wired for 433.000 MHz, so I rewrote my code plug for that frequency. The hotspot still does not hear anything. The only thing that works is the MicroSD card. I have wiped and reloaded it several times.
Considering that this is the 2nd review if the product in 4 week and both reviews reporting similar problems, I sent an email suggesting that the store run some kind of "quality assurance testing on remaining stock. Whether or not they hane the ability to do that, I do not know.
UPDATE: A very courteous Customer Service rep intercepted that email, offering a refund or replacement regardless of it being outside the "Return Window".
The Euronode Hotpot was returned to Gigaparts Friday 1 August 2025 and am waiting for the refund to be posted to my card.

Hotspot would not hear radios.

I purchased this item and got it set up. It would connect and I could hear traffic on my radio from the hotspot and monitor it on Pi-Star. However, after hours of research and a long technical chat with Gigaparts (who were very willing to help) and also seeking help from local and experienced operators it was determined that there had to be problem with the hotspot. The device would not hear any of my radios in YSF mode. We tried every setting conceivable and updated what we could. I reached out to the manufacturer and they never responded. Not the kind of company I want to do business with. The item was returned and I won't be buying anything else from DVMega. GigaParts was great and I will continue to purchase from them, though.
