Works, but large earpiece and overpriced

Tested and it works fine.
But:
The earpiece is large and not particularly well fitting.
Unless there is something special about the speaker or microphone that I don't understand, the product seems overpriced for a single earbud and mic.
Seems to be a proprietary sized speaker-mic connector. Hhhmmmmm.

An Update from my original review

I had to come back and review this product again as my first rating was not accurate! I was not aware that our local repeater was inoperable and that I will have to wait to do a true test of the product. So far it appears to be working properly so I will recommend it.
