I purchased this balan and received it yesterday on time, 2 days. I installed the balun yesterday and wow, it made a huge difference at my station! I mounted it in a dry location on the side of my home, connected the window line that leads to my full wave horizontal loop, connected a short 2' coax jumper to my 998RT atu, a ground strap to a ground rod from the balun and away we go! The swr has improved big time on 80-10m so it's less strain on the tuner. So the loop antenna to the balun is window line, balun to the tuner is a short piece of coax, and then of course, 50' of coax to the rig and then the balun ground to a ground rod... Great results, thank you Gigaparts!!
