Bought this radio and the BT01 mic based on online reviews. As usual Gigaparts shipped it right out and it arrived within a day or so. Setup was difficult and weeks later, I have not been able to get both VFOs to show up and scan on the BT01 mic. In addition, there are glitches with the software so you cannot associate certain commands with the BT01 buttons (or the regular mic buttons for that matter. After programming, you push the button expecting one thing to happen but something else does. It does not matter if you are using RT Systems software or the MFG software. The result is the same. I have worked with radios for the past 43 years and there are very few that I cannot handle. The firmware in this radio is just buggy, even though the radio has been around for years. Unfortunately as with almost all ham radios, regardless of the manufacturer, there is no number to call for support. Frustrating to say the least. I should just return it but at some point I will find a use for it in my shack.
