Excellent 17m Attic Performance

HOA-restricted QTH, I was previously limited to 10m, 15m, 20m & 40m from my attic-mounted DX-EE. Wanting to add 17m, I opted for this Radiowavz dipole. The center is hanging about 20-inches below the apex of my roof and at about 20ft above ground level. On initial install the band is incredibly quite, and I am consistently reaching FL from my WI QTH with an FTDX10 and 100W. If I can hear it, I can work it.
However, SWR out of the box is compromised at about 2.5 throughout the band with low SWR of 1.22 way down at 17.35Mhz. Adjusting to the sweet spot of 18.118Mhz will require folding back 7.8 inches from each end of the two dipole extensions. Will report on signal reach after the adjustment is made. The adjustment math: (300/17.35=17.29, 17.29/2*3.28=28.36ft) (300/18.118=16.5, 16.5/2×3.28=27.06ft) (28.36-27.06=1.3ft, 1.3ft/2*12in=7.8in)
