Rewards+ Membership Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions overrule verbal or written benefits stated elsewhere. In the event of a conflict or miscommunication, please notify sales@gigaparts.com.
4x Points: Rewards Points are earned on the net purchase price excluding taxes, shipping, and fees and are credited to the account upon order completion.
60-Day Returns: An extension of our 30-day return policy to 60 days is valid for new, non-defective items in original packaging. Some exclusions (e.g., software, consumables) apply. See our Warranty and Return Policy for full details.
Extended Warranty: A persistent warranty is valid only on new equipment purchased from GigaParts under the registered Rewards+ email. Coverage mirrors the manufacturer’s original warranty for manufacturing defects and remains active only during an uninterrupted membership. Pre-enrollment coverage applies to qualifying purchases made up to 90 days prior to the start of a paid membership under the matching email address for the Rewards+ account. If a membership is canceled or expires, any equipment previously covered loses its extended warranty status permanently and cannot be 're-covered' by starting a new Rewards+ membership later. If your gear is still covered under the extended warranty provided with the Rewards+ membership and fails after the standard warranty and GigaParts deems the circumstances surrounding the failure would have qualified it for repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty , GigaParts will handle the repair or replacement—and even provide a free return shipping label (lower 48 states only). In the event a repair is deemed impractical or uneconomical, and an exact replacement is not available, GigaParts, in its sole discretion, may offer a refund not to exceed the lesser of the current market price of similar used items, or the original purchase price, or replacing it with a similar item or current model of the same item. This warranty extension is non-transferable. This benefit does not cover accidental, neglectful or purposeful damage, water damage, drops or acts of God. This benefit is a service contract provided by GigaParts and is not an insurance policy. Because the Rewards+ program comes with numerous benefits, in no circumstance should the sum of a member’s subscription fees, or any portion thereof, equate to the cost of an extended warranty.
Malwarebytes Plus: This benefit requires activation via a unique code that is emailed to the member upon joining. The unique code can only be used once. The Malwarebytes Plus license is valid for one (1) device for one year. Redemption of this benefit obligates the member to a minimum of two (2) months of membership in the Rewards+.
Shipping: Free return labels for warranty claims are limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Membership and benefits are non-transferable. Non-defective returns are subject to shipping costs incurred both directions.
Who It’s For: Rewards+ is restricted to individual consumers residing in the United States. Memberships benefits are not valid for individuals buying products for resale, businesses, non-profit organizations, government agencies, beings from other planets, or entities from other dimensions.
Location Of Service: Benefits of this program are considered delivered to and take place in Huntsville, Alabama.
Program Terms: GigaParts may terminate the Rewards+ program with 30 days’ notice. GigaParts reserve the right to cancel any membership immediately in cases of suspected fraud, program abuse or excessive returns. Program Benefits may change from time to time. The current program benefits can always be found at www.gigaparts.com/rewards-plus.html. Rewards+ members may cancel their membership at any time through the customer portal at gigaparts.com. Upon cancellation, benefits will persist until the renewal date. Membership fees are non-refundable.
Payments: Payment must be made by debit or credit card through the subscription service found on gigaparts.com. If a monthly Rewards+ payment is declined, GigaParts will attempt to re-process the payment. If the payment is not successfully processed within 7 days, your membership will be suspended and benefits—including the Extended Warranty—will lapse. To restore "uninterrupted" status, the member must rectify the payment issue within 30 days, subject to the "Unexpected Interruptions to Service" terms below.Unexpected Interruptions to Service: In the unlikely event a monthly subscription payment stops unexpectedly for any reason, including software bugs, unauthorized cancellation, human error, or divine intervention, a member must notify GigaParts within 30 days of the missed subscription payment. At the sole discretion of GigaParts, a determination will be made if the missed subscription payment may be caught up for the membership to be considered “uninterrupted.” If so, back payment must be received, and confirmation will be emailed to the member. It is the member’s responsibility to retain this email as proof of uninterrupted service.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your Rewards+ membership will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. Class Action Waiver: You and GigaParts agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and GigaParts shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Huntsville, Madison County, Alabama.
