Was not sure what length I would need but, in hindsight I should have gone for the shorter version. It does work great, just a little extra cable under the seat.

I bought this so I could mount the control head of my FTM-500DR remotely. It works quite well. I wish Yaesu would go back to including these cables with the radio, but at least they are available.
