What are the differences between the 10W and 40W laser modules? How should I choose?
Both the 10W and 40W high-performance blue laser modules process wood, rubber, metal, leather, dark acrylic, and stone. However, due to differences in power output and module size, there are a few key distinctions: maximum cutting thickness for basswood is 6mm(10W) vs 15mm(40W); maximum engraving speed 400mm/s(10W) vs 1000mm/s(40W); and working area 310mm(X)×270mm(Y) with 280mm maximum processing height (10W) vs 310mm(X)×250mm(Y) with 265mm maximum processing height (40W).
Will the smoke and dust generated by laser operations affect my printer's precision and lifespan?
H2 Laser version is equipped with an efficient exhaust system that effectively removes smoke and dust generated by laser operations, significantly reducing contamination. During R&D, we conducted rigorous testing to ensure that with regular machine cleaning, the impact of smoke and dust on performance and precision is negligible.
Are there any special safety precautions I need to take when using the laser function?
Because laser processing involves using high-energy lasers on potentially flammable materials, we strongly advise users not to leave the machine unattended during laser operations. Please maintain constant vigilance over the machine's operational status and ensure that there are no flammable or explosive materials in the machine's surroundings.
What laser power is supported by H2S, H2C and H2D?
H2S supports 10W laser but does not support 40W laser. H2D/H2C supports both 10W and 40W laser.
