The GigaParts x Anker eufyMake E1 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Anker eufyMake (“Sponsor”) and administered in collaboration with GigaParts, Inc. (“Administrator”).
By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator regarding the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on October 20, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on November 3, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.
Administrator’s computer systems will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 49 United States, excluding Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia who:
- Are at least eighteen (18) years old; and
- Have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.
Void in Rhode Island and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Anker eufyMake, GigaParts, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter or win.
For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.
Entries containing false, fraudulent, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information may be disqualified.
3. GRAND PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:
- One (1) eufyMake E1 UV Printer
- Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,199.99
The Grand Prize consists of the eufyMake E1 UV Printer only unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise.
Accessories, consumables, ink, cleaning supplies, rotary attachments, laminating equipment, substrates, extended warranties, or other products are not included in the Grand Prize unless expressly identified by Sponsor as part of the prize.
Actual retail value may vary at the time the prize is awarded.
Except for the qualifying-purchase refund option described below, the prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual retail value of the prize when awarded will not be provided to the winner in cash or otherwise.
4. WINNER PURCHASE OPTION
Purchasing an eufyMake E1 is not required to enter or win and will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
If the verified Grand Prize winner purchased a qualifying eufyMake E1 UV Printer directly from GigaParts during the Promotion Period, the winner may choose one (1) of the following prize options:
Option 1 — Receive a New eufyMake E1
The winner may receive the Grand Prize described above: one (1) new eufyMake E1 UV Printer.
OR
Option 2 — Receive a Refund for a Qualifying eufyMake E1 Purchase
Instead of receiving an additional E1, the winner may elect to receive a refund for a qualifying eufyMake E1 UV Printer purchased directly from GigaParts during the Promotion Period.
The winner may select only one of these options and may not receive both a new E1 and a refund.
For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “Qualifying Purchase” means:
- The purchase of an eufyMake E1 UV Printer;
- Purchased directly from GigaParts;
- Purchased between 12:00 AM Central Time on October 20, 2026 and 11:59 PM Central Time on November 3, 2026;
- Purchased by the verified Sweepstakes winner; and
- Not returned, cancelled, refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed before winner verification.
Proof of purchase may be required.
If the winner selects the refund option, the winner will retain the qualifying eufyMake E1 previously purchased.
The refund will be limited to the amount actually paid to GigaParts for the qualifying eufyMake E1, up to the advertised prize value of $2,199.99, plus any applicable sales tax directly attributable to the qualifying E1 purchase.
Unless Sponsor or Administrator expressly agrees otherwise, the refund will not include amounts paid for: accessories, ink or consumables, cleaning supplies, rotary attachments, laminating equipment, substrates, extended warranties or protection plans, financing charges or interest, expedited shipping, installation or services, or other products included in the same transaction.
Where reasonably possible, the refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the qualifying purchase.
Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to verify all qualifying-purchase information before issuing a refund.
The availability of this refund option does not change the requirement that no purchase is necessary to enter or win, and purchasing an E1 does not improve an entrant’s odds of winning.
5. HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, visit the designated GigaParts x Anker eufyMake E1 Sweepstakes page and complete the online entry form.
Entrants will be asked to provide: Name, Valid email address, Valid telephone number.
Entrants may also optionally respond to: “What would you create if you won the eufyMake E1?”
No purchase or payment is required to enter.
Daily Entry Limit
Limit one (1) standard Sweepstakes entry per person/email address per day during the Promotion Period.
Each daily entry period begins at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time.
Entry limits apply regardless of the number of devices, accounts, email addresses, or other methods an entrant may use.
6. OPTIONAL “WHAT WOULD YOU CREATE?” QUESTION
Entrants may optionally answer: “What would you create if you won the eufyMake E1?”
The question is intended to help Sponsor and Administrator better understand what members of the maker community currently create and what they may want to create using the eufyMake E1.
Answering the question is optional.
Providing an answer: does not provide an additional entry; does not increase the entrant’s chances of winning; does not provide any advantage in the Sweepstakes; and is not required to enter or win.
Responses will not be judged, scored, ranked, or otherwise considered when selecting the winner.
The content, creativity, originality, quality, length, or substance of a response will have no effect on the entrant’s odds of winning.
The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected solely through a random drawing from eligible entries.
Entrants should not include confidential, proprietary, sensitive, unlawful, or third-party personal information in their responses.
Entrants retain ownership of their submitted ideas, concepts, designs, projects, and responses.
Submission of a response does not transfer ownership of an entrant’s underlying intellectual property to Sponsor or Administrator.
Sponsor and Administrator may review and analyze submitted responses for legitimate purposes including: understanding customer interests, identifying potential product applications, marketing research, merchandising research, product education, understanding the maker community, and future content planning.
Any public use of an identified entrant’s response, project, photograph, likeness, or personal story will be subject to any additional permission required by applicable law.
7. FLASH SALE BONUS ENTRY
After submitting an eligible standard daily entry, participants may have the opportunity to receive one (1) additional bonus entry per day by visiting the designated GigaParts Flash Sale page through the Sweepstakes experience.
No purchase is required to receive the bonus entry.
The bonus entry is awarded for completing the designated qualifying visit or action and is not dependent upon purchasing a product.
Limit: One (1) Flash Sale bonus entry per person/email address per day.
Multiple visits to the Flash Sale page during the same daily entry period will not generate additional bonus entries.
Purchasing an item from the Flash Sale page or anywhere else on GigaParts.com: does not provide additional Sweepstakes entries; does not improve the entrant’s odds of winning; and is not required to participate.
Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to verify bonus entries and to suspend or discontinue a bonus-entry opportunity if fraud, technical problems, abuse, or other circumstances compromise the integrity of the promotion, subject to applicable law.
8. ENTRY LIMITS AND PROHIBITED METHODS
Entrants may not circumvent the stated entry limits through multiple or false identities, multiple email addresses controlled by the same individual, bots, scripts, macros, automated submission systems, mass-entry services, third-party entry services, or other fraudulent or deceptive methods.
Sponsor or Administrator may disqualify any entry reasonably determined to have been generated through prohibited means.
Automated or fraudulent entries are void.
9. TELEPHONE NUMBER
A valid telephone number is required as part of the Sweepstakes entry form for Sweepstakes administration, potential winner notification, eligibility verification, and fraud prevention.
Providing a telephone number to enter the Sweepstakes does not constitute consent to receive marketing calls or promotional text messages.
Any consent to receive promotional calls, automated calls, SMS messages, or similar marketing communications must be obtained separately where required by applicable law.
10. EMAIL AND MARKETING CONSENT
Entering the Sweepstakes does not require an entrant to subscribe to marketing communications from GigaParts or Anker eufyMake.
Entrants may separately elect to receive promotional communications if an optional marketing-consent opportunity is presented.
Marketing consent is optional, is not required to enter or win, does not provide an additional entry, and does not improve the entrant’s odds of winning.
11. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 5, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Each eligible entry will have an equal opportunity for selection.
The optional “What would you create?” response will have no influence whatsoever on winner selection.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The selected entrant is considered a potential winner until eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules have been verified.
12. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided with the selected entry.
The potential winner must respond within three (3) days of the initial notification, unless Sponsor or Administrator provides another reasonable deadline.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, fails to provide required documentation, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at random.
13. WINNER VERIFICATION
Before receiving the Grand Prize or qualifying-purchase refund, the potential winner may be required to:
- Provide valid identification;
- Verify age and state of residence;
- Provide a valid U.S. shipping address;
- Complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility;
- Complete an IRS Form W-9;
- Execute a liability and/or publicity release where permitted by law;
- Provide proof of purchase if electing the refund option; and
- Complete any additional documentation reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes and award the prize.
Failure to timely provide requested documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.
14. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
Sponsor and Administrator anticipate announcing the verified Grand Prize winner on or after November 9, 2026.
The announcement may occur later if additional time is required to contact or verify the potential winner, obtain required documentation, or select and verify an alternate potential winner.
15. TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes resulting from acceptance of the Grand Prize or qualifying-purchase refund.
Sponsor, Administrator, or another party responsible for prize fulfillment may report the fair market value of the prize to applicable taxing authorities and issue any tax documentation required by law.
The potential winner may be required to provide a properly completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize or refund is provided.
16. PRIZE DELIVERY
If the winner elects to receive a new eufyMake E1, the prize will be delivered to the verified winner at an eligible United States delivery address following completion of winner verification.
Sponsor and/or Administrator may require an adult signature, identity verification, or other reasonable delivery confirmation.
17. PRIVACY
Personal information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes may be collected, processed, and used by Sponsor and Administrator for legitimate purposes including administration of the Sweepstakes, processing entries, verifying eligibility, preventing fraud, contacting entrants, selecting and verifying the winner, awarding the prize, meeting legal and tax requirements, and analyzing customer interests and potential eufyMake product applications.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with applicable privacy policies and applicable law.
Entry does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing emails, promotional telephone calls, or promotional text messages.
18. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Administrator to use the verified winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, image, voice, statements, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, subject to applicable law.
19. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, attempts to circumvent entry limits, tampers with the Sweepstakes, uses fraudulent or automated means to participate, or otherwise compromises the fairness or integrity of the promotion.
Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, modify, suspend, terminate, or restart the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, human error, force majeure, or another circumstance outside their reasonable control affects the security, fairness, integrity, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
20. TECHNICAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for hardware or software failures, internet or network interruptions, telecommunications failures, server failures, website outages, delayed transmissions, incomplete or corrupted data, failed entry submissions, misrouted entries, or other technical circumstances outside their reasonable control.
Proof that an entrant attempted to submit an entry does not constitute proof that an eligible entry was received.
21. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Anker eufyMake, GigaParts, Inc., and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or causes of action arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or loss of the prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
22. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
If the Sweepstakes is advertised or promoted through Facebook, Instagram, or another social-media platform, the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that social-media platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
Questions or complaints concerning the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor or Administrator rather than the applicable social-media platform.
23. GOVERNING LAW
Except where prohibited by applicable law, issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules and the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor, and Administrator will be governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
24. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
