Should have been included with the radio

The mounting plate and radio mounting bracket are well made and do exactly what they're supposed to do. However, these are items that should have been included with the radio. This isn't GigaParts fault, but ICOM's. If ICOM sees enough of these types of comments, maybe they will make the appropriate policy changes.
