I don't spend much time in my car with my HT, but if you do, this is a great device to save on your battery charge. If you want to use it in your car connected to a mobile antenna, you might consider adding a speaker/mic to distance yourself from all the wires.
Regardless, a good device that works as advertised, coupled with speedy delivery.
