The battery is a good product at a great price. I've paid much more for lower capacity batteries for other HTs, so this is much better value. It extends the use of the Explorer QRZ-1 to all day. I'm not leaving the house without this battery either attached or in my pocket.

This is a great price for a replacement HT battery with twice the capacity as the original. Fits in the stand charger alone or with the radio. Works like a champ. Definately recommend this item for your spare or primary battery.

I have charged it up and am using it right now for APRS. It is a form-fit-function replacement with much higher capacity! These radios should ship with this battery

I really like the increased capacity and heft of the HT. A C connector for convenience and a charger with more capacity for faster charging would be welcome. But even as it is, you won't go wrong.
