Icom adapter 8-pin to RJ-45

I have the Heil ICM BG microphone and wanted to use on my Icom IC-2730 with has the RJ-45 microphone connection. This adapter worked great. Initially I was unsure how to properly connect between the microphone, microphone stand and the radio as this adapter can be used for headsets too. Jerry at Heil provided top notch support and instruction. Two thumbs up.
