MB1 PRIME High-End SDR Amateur Radio
Expert Electronics MB-1 PRIME + APU HF/50MHz/VHF SDR Transceiver - i7-7700T + 16GB RAM + 1TB SSD
The MB1 transceiver is a game changer, it's a transceiver and a PC in a single package. It has a classic design, developed over several decades, with the most advanced DUC/DDC SDR technologies - Direct Down Conversion (DDC) and Direct Up Conversion (DUC) and a fully featured high-end personal computer with an Intel Core i5 processor on board.
There are two model configurations of the Expert Electronics MB-1 SDR Transceiver available for purchase:
MB-1 + APU HF/50Mhz/VHF SDR Transceiver which features a high end personal computer with an Intel Core i5 CPU, 8GB RAM, and a 120GB Solid State Storage Drive (SSD).
And
MB-1 PRIME + APU HF/50Mhz/VHF SDR Transceiver which features an even more powerful personal computer with an Intel Core i7 CPU, 16GB RAM, and a 500GB Solid State Storage Drive (SSD).
The SDR Radio Transceiver hardware is identical in both models. The base model MB-1 is upgradable to the Intel Core i7 CPU, will additional RAM and storage to match or exceed the MB-1 Prime, if requested. Please allow additional time for upgrade installation.

Software
A version of ExpertSDR2 software with adapted GUI for 7" display was specially developed for the MB1 transceiver. At the present time software works in RX/TX mode and supports two independent receiving channels with the bandwidth up to 312 kHz. A DSP library developed by company Expert Electronics allowed improvement of receiving quality and higher the stability of the software.
