Our Condition Grading Policy

At GigaParts, we offer products in various non-new conditions to provide a wide range of options. The condition of each item is clearly stated on the product page and during checkout. All non-new items have been inspected and are confirmed to be fully functional unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description. Please review the following definitions to understand what to expect.

Item Condition Definitions

Blemished: These products are brand new and unused, but their original packaging has sustained damage during transit or handling. The product itself is in new condition. All original accessories are included unless specifically noted on the product page.

Open Box: These items have been returned to us and have been unsealed. They have seen minimal use and are in like-new cosmetic condition. Any cosmetic defects are less obvious and minor. While it is more likely that accessories are included with Open Box products (as compared to Used), it is not guaranteed.

Refurbished: These items have been returned to the manufacturer or a third-party refurbisher for repair and restoration. They have been tested and verified to be fully functional. The cosmetic condition will vary, and accessories are unlikely to be included.

Used: We offer used items in three grades, which reflect their cosmetic condition and extent of prior use. All used items are guaranteed to be in full working order.

• Used (Very Good): These items have seen light use. Expect obvious but minor cosmetic defects, such as a few light scratches or small scuffs.
• Used (Good): These items have seen moderate use. Expect more noticeable cosmetic defects, such as multiple scratches, small dents, or dings.
• Used (Acceptable): These items have seen extended and heavy use. Expect significant cosmetic defects, such as deep scratches, large dents, or obvious signs of wear.

Important Information

Accessories: For all Open Box, Refurbished, and Used items, accessories are not guaranteed to be included. Missing accessories will not be replaced. Please purchase open box, used, or refurbished products only if you know how to deal with potentially missing accessories.

Functionality: Regardless of cosmetic condition, all non-new items are tested for basic functionality only before being sold.
