good base repeater antenna

I use this as a base antenna on a 8k ft mountain in Wyoming, it has survived 4 winters, the last bearing 2018 winter. From the video from the site, it broke after heavy ice and hoar frost load, not bad for a $85 antenna

This is a beast does fantastic work. Its the difference between worrying how your radio is orientated to throwing your ducky HT on the passenger seat and driving around town. I carry my baofangs all around town 15 to 20 mile radius and don't even worry. Stock ducky antennas. Mine is on 22 feet of chain link top rail, running 30 watts.
