Larsen doesn't disappoint

Recently switched to this antenna and am extremely impressed. On my first use this past weekend, carried on a QSO with another HAM, on simplex, 23 miles apart while I was mobile, using a mag mount and with the hills of N. Alabama between us. Granted he was on a ground plane at his home, but still. If a tree limb gets this one or the like... I'll buy another just like it.

Outstanding Magmount

I bought the Larsen NMO2/70B with the Larsen magmount/cable. I am now hitting a repeater 22 miles away with my Yaesu FT-60 on 1/2 watt! This antenna is well made and the magnet is super strong. I could not be happier.
