The DSPKR comprises a wide frequency range 4” speaker and a 10-watt audio amplifier with built-in bhi DSP noise-canceling technology. 

Simple control of the DSP functions
The DSPKR functions are all controlled via the single pushbutton switch on the top of the speaker and the audio output is adjustable via the separate volume control on top of the speaker. 

DSP noise canceling
The DSPKR noise canceling technology removes unwanted noise and interference to give improved the speech quality for the listener.  There are 8 filter levels allowing you to set the filter level to suit your operating conditions.  The “Status” LED on top of the speaker indicates the current operating mode.

Easy to connect
The DSPKR has an integrated audio cable with a 3.5mm mono jack plug and connects into the extension speaker socket or headphone socket of your radio, receiver or SDR radio.  It required requires 10 to 16 V DC (1A min) and the connection is via the 2.1mm power socket on the rear of the speaker. There is a 3.5mm mono headphone socket on the side.

Functions
The DSPKR functions are selectable by using the function button, where you can select the filter level, turn the filter on and off and change the sleep mode feature.  The green “Audio Level” LED enables you to optimize the input audio level for the DSP filter.

What’s in the box
The DSPKR is supplied with an integrated 2-meter audio cable with a molded 3.5mm jack plug, a 2.1mm fused DC power lead with bare ends, a mounting bracket with fixing screws and a full user manual. A 12V DC world-wide mains power adapter is available as an optional extra.

Using more than one radio?
Connect more than one radio to your DSPKR using either a bhi two-way Mini Switch or the 1042 Switch Box.
