PolyDryer (Dryer Dock and Storage Box)

These Polymaker dryers are great! They take very little space, the drying box is also the dry storage box and probably the biggest advantage to these is that there are 100's of printable addons and enhancements for them AND there are tons of mulit-spool drying systems that use these as the dryer element. Great dryer!

I have several of just the dry boxes that I use to feed my printers and really like them. I purchased one with the dryer for some TPU that needs almost constant drying. The fan has a high pitched sound and is significantly louder than my other filament dryers.

I have several of their dry boxes that I really like and thought I would try one with the dryer for some TPU that needs constant drying. This thing is way louder than any of my three other filament dryers. After less than an hour I couldn't take it anymore. It may work well but if its somewhere away from your work space but if your in the same room its unbearable.

I am able to dry filament and recharge desiccant using the PolyDryer. Can use as an external filament source to my Bambu Lab P2S.

This works well for drying out filament. I put in some that would just snap when it was bent. After about 12 hours of drying, it was again usable. I will likely purchase some more boxes.

I bought this and an extra box. The hygrometers leave quite a bit to be desired in terms of accuracy. One worked ok, the other always read really low. There is room for improvement with these boxes to add extra locations for desiccant, and extra flow to the existing desiccant container. I ended up reprinting the desiccant containers with PAHT-CF so I could just throw them in my temperature chamber (not an oven) and leave them at 100C for a few hours to recharge them. However, once sealed they do keep the humidity low (as far as I can tell with the no so great hygrometers). One thing to note, as soon as you finish drying, remove the box and filament from the dryer and plug up the bottom drying slots, otherwise the moisture wants to seep in from the dryer. That's what It seems like anyhow. It could just be that the filament still isn't quite dry. I will say, these do work for just simple drying and storage. However, I use desiccant and vacuum bags for long term storage.
