GigaParts "Free Order or $1,000 Cash" Sweepstakes FAQ
What is this sweepstakes? It is a promotional event where one grand prize winner will receive either a refund for their qualifying GigaParts order or a $1,000 cash prize (awarded as a check).

Who is eligible to enter? The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of GigaParts and their immediate family members are not eligible.

When does the sweepstakes run? The promotion begins on July 17, 2026, at 12:00 AM CT and ends on August 14, 2026, at 11:59 PM CT.

How can I enter? 
There are two ways to enter:

• Method 1 (Purchase): Receive one entry for every qualifying item added to a completed order during the promotional period. Your cart must contain the qualifying item plus at least one other item of your choice.
• Method 2 (Mail-in): You may enter without a purchase by mailing a 3x5 piece of paper with your full name, billing address, phone number, and email address to:

  • Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 14, 2026, and received by August 19, 2026.

What happens if I return an item I used to enter? If you return, cancel, or charge back a qualifying purchase prior to the drawing, your entries for that purchase will be void. If a winner returns qualifying items after receiving the prize, GigaParts reserves the right to invalidate the "free order" prize or deduct the retail value of those items from the cash prize.

How is the winner selected? One potential winner will be selected via a random drawing on or about August 19, 2026.

How will I know if I won? GigaParts will notify the potential winner via the email address or phone number associated with their entry or order within five business days of the drawing. You must claim your prize within seven days of notification.

Are there taxes involved? Yes. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. An IRS Form W-9 may be required, and the winner will be issued a 1099-MISC tax form.

Can I request a list of winners? Yes. You may request the name of the winner by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to GigaParts Sweepstakes Winner's List, PO Box 11367, Huntsville, AL 35814 by September 30, 2026.

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The GigaParts "Free Order or $1,000 Cash" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of GigaParts, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on July 17, 2026, at 12:00 AM Central Time ("CT") and ends on August 14, 2026, at 11:59 PM CT (the "Promotion Period").

3. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period:

Method 1: Qualifying Purchase. Participants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the drawing for every Qualifying item added to a completed GigaParts order during the Promotion Period. Your cart must contain the qualifying item + any other item of your choice. Qualifying Items may change based on availability throughout the Promotion Period, but initially include:

• Explorer FL-1200 Flashlight (ZXP-FL1200)
• Intellitron Antenna Tape (ZIN-ATM-0125)

There is no limit to the number of purchase-based entries a participant can earn.

Important Return/Refund Policy: Entries associated with purchases that are subsequently canceled, refunded, returned, or charged back prior to the drawing will be void. If the winning entry is selected from a purchase, the purchase must be final. If the winner returns the qualifying product(s) after receiving the prize, GigaParts reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the returned item(s) from the cash prize or invalidate the free order.

Method 2: Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, billing address, phone number, and email address on a 3x5 piece of paper and mail it in a separate hand-addressed stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 14, 2026, and received no later than August 19, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or about August 19, 2026.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address or phone number associated with their entry/order within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Prizes and Prize Choice

The verified grand prize winner will receive their choice of one (1) of the following options:

• A refund in the amount of the total order amount for the GigaParts order on which the winning qualifying item was purchased.
• $1,000 Cash (awarded in the form of a check).

Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance. If required by law, an IRS Form W-9 may be required before the prize may be claimed and a 1099-MISC tax form will be issued to the winner.

6. Publicity Release: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to GigaParts’ use of the winner’s name, FCC callsign (if applicable), likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, review, or consideration.

7. Limitation of Liability & Technical Issues: GigaParts is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries; or for electronic, network, computer, or software malfunctions of any kind. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned due to a computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other cause that corrupts the administration or security of the promotion, GigaParts reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and select a winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of impairment.

8. Disputes and Forum Selection (Alabama Law): Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Alabama. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Alabama, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
