Icom Bluetooth Pendant headset for ID-5100A

Overall, satisfied with the performance. I'd read about poor range, but I was able to listen to a D-Star net on my IC-705, and move around the house, including upstairs, with no drops (though I wasn't transmitting). I usually prefer both ears, and it appears this will support a different headset, but the single earbud works well for me in most cases. Why only 4 stars? I find the clip awkward and have hit the transmit button when positioning it. Additionally, the stiff silicon covered cable on the earbud has a curve that irritates me, and and conducts the sound of the friction against your clothes. I may get a lanyard to suspend the unit at a consistent level and avoid clipping/unclipping. Of course, a micro-USB connector in 2025 is kinda dumb.
