I have had this antenna up since 2017 with absolutely no problems. I can hit repeaters from Salisbury to Sauratown Mountain to Boone to Mt Mitchell and sometimes in Greensboro. I don't think there is a better antenna at this size.

I bought this after doing online research and speaking to one of the Gigaparts vols. I have been using in a temp location, ground level and it has performed well. I will install on the eve of the house approx 25 feet above ground this weekend. Anticipate even better performance. I have been reaching a repeater approx 50 mile from my location. Using an older
ICOM 207 H. I would recommend.

GOOD BASIC ANTENNA

I have had mine for years up at about 20 ft. and have never had any problems with it. I could get into repeaters 30 miles away without any extra power. Now, getting ready to put up a GP-9.

Great Antenna

I am extremely pleased with this antenna. I use it in a temporary configuration due to HOA restrictions. The base of the antenna is about 10 feet in the air and I can hit repeaters 30 - 40 miles away.
