Replacement needed because Bambu was taking to long......

I needed this part urgently for a scheduled repair appointment. Unfortunately, the warranty replacement process through Bambu was moving slowly, with individual components being sent out instead of the complete part. To avoid further downtime, I ordered the part from GigaParts, and it arrived within two days. I was able to install it immediately and get back up and running.
While Bambu would not reimburse the purchase since it wasn’t bought directly from them, I’m extremely happy with the overall experience. The part was priced at MSRP with no markup, and the fast turnaround made all the difference. I would absolutely do business with GigaParts again.
