Unfortunately all 10ghz activity in the US is horizontally polarized and this dish is vertically polarized. The way the mount is constructed there is no way out of the box to get the proper horizontal polarization. Cross polarization loss can be 30db, so it’s unlikely you could have a qso with this dish as it is constructed. Icom advises it does not have a fix.
