Refurbished Yaesu Light-Medium Duty Antenna Rotator - G-450A (B-Stock)

The Yaesu G-450ADC Medium-Duty Rotator System is an entry-level rotator and controller, ideal for small HF beams, tri-banders, or VHF/UHF antennas. It can handle tower-mounted antennas with a wind load of up to 10 square feet. When mast-mounted with the optional GC-038 lower mast bracket, it can manage a lesser wind load of about 5 square feet.

This system includes a 120 VAC desktop remote control console with a compass-style indicator for your station. The G-450ADC rotates antennas 450 degrees in just over a minute. It accommodates masts with an outside diameter of 1.25 to 2.48 inches and, when tower-mounted, can handle a vertical mast load of up to 200 pounds.

The G-450ADC's clamshell design uses 98 heavy 7/16-inch dual-stacked circumferential ball bearings to evenly distribute the load across the housing. This design minimizes wear and stress while preventing water from entering, as there is no shaft hole on top of the housing. The rotators are factory-lubricated and housed in Melamine resin-coated die-cast aluminum, ensuring maintenance-free operation in all weather conditions.
