Its intelligent design allows for quick and precise tuning directly from your compatible Yaesu transceiver. For optimal connection on 144 and 440 MHz bands, a duplexer (for FT-897/857/FT-100) or a triplexer (for FT-847) may be required.

Installation Notes
The ATAS-120A is designed for direct mounting onto a standard mobile antenna mount with an SO-239 connector (mount not included). For proper operation of the motorized tuning system, a well-grounded mount is crucial. Avoid magnet mounts, as they may not provide a sufficient ground path, which is essential for the motor to function correctly. Ensure any chosen mount has excellent electrical contact to bare metal, not just paint, for reliable performance.
