Great Headset, Fantastic Service

I really enjoy using my Heil Sound Pro Set 7 headset. I can use it for long periods of time without fatigue. Recently the headset cable developed an intermittent open right at the 3.5 mm plug that connects to my transceiver's earphone jack. I contacted service at Heil Sound and Donna took care of the problem right away for me. Great customer service!
