Gigabyte offers classes and I attended the intro class for Bambu before purchasing and the "Next Steps" class after purchasing. Fantastic classes, awesome instructor, and even better customer service from Gigaparts.
My printer is a Bambu Labs P2S and I wanted to purchase locally from Gigaparts as they carry parts and can help me with any issues that arise. Fortunately, no issues have come up with the printer or service. I was happy join the Rewards+ program for the warranty and benefits, which I've redeemed discounts on purchases of supplies for my printer.
I definitely will do business with Gigaparts in the future for all my maker needs.
If you are considering 3D printer, the Bambu Labs ecosystem is fantastic. Ease of use, makerworld access, and instructional wiki are amazing. Local vendors such as Gigaparts have parts and accessories readily available.
I recommend the introductory class from Gigaparts and a Bambu Labs purchase from Gigaparts.
Story time.
While waiting for I inquired about eta on delivery. Customer service, Kya, quickly responded to my needs.
Then D day/delivery day, arrived and per FedEx, I would have 2 separate deliveries. But when Friday came i received notification my shipment was complete.
Meanwhile, I had placed the machine on its home table (the other machine went to daughter’s house) but never tooo the material off of it believing my AMS was in shipment two. I didn’t see it.
I preceded to call Gigaparts and reached Kya. (I hope I spelled your name correctly) chatted with such a calm voice, me not so calm. Eventually I realized that the AMA was packed into the belly of this machine and if I would have opened the door I would have known this.
I immensely apologized for my outburst and heroine of the day goes to Kya.
I believe Gigaparts is growing up to take on Microcenter and if they expand Statesville NC would be a Great start. Because for a young company they excelled in service!
Kudos to Kya. 10 thumbs up.
