This is a good mast that can support a reasonably weighted center fed dipole and coax. Most masts this weight cannot hold coax. Gigaparts customer service was great when there was a shipping issue.

The POTA33H has met my expectations. It's strong, only two pounds and it provides a great means to elevate a wire antenna. It's much stronger than the POTA20 ( which I'll be selling now at Hamvention 2026), although the POTA20 IS a very good product also. If you POTA or camp, this is a great choice for getting on the air.

I am really happy I purchased this. I have the smaller 20’ and it really moves in the wind. The heavy duty version it much more confident. It could use an endcap with a stake option or guy out disc. I use it from my truck with a trailer hitch extension for a flag pole holder and have no issues.

This mast is incredibly sturdy. I have had it for a couple of weeks and it has been good so far. I added the 3d printed guying ring that K8MRD reviewed on his channel and it’s a time saver. Setup with a lighter dipole or end fed antenna is under 5 minutes. I would buy it again.

I bought this mast because the end mast shaft snapped on my POTA33 thinking it would be more durable. Well, the shaft didn't snap, but the top on this one pulled off all from lifting an EFHW wire 2-3 inches above a branch to bring it down on the poles first use. There was no tension on the wire and I did not yank, pull nor was the wire snagged on the tree limb. Right now I am not impressed with either of these POTA poles. Might have to look at a different brand.

With a light wind, the mast worked itself loose and folded down quickly with a crash, twice. The third time I put it up, I twisted the sections much more tightly and had a great time, making DX contacts. The top cap is extremely tight. So tight, I need to unscrew the bottom cap, remove the mast sections and stick a broom handle in the tube, to pop off the cap. It’s definitely not coming loose, on its own. It would be great to have spike and guy accessories available on Gigaparts. Looking forward to taking out the mast on a POTA activation.

Superb construction, so much better than my old mast. I was used to using a carbon fiber mast that flexed so much that I gave up considerable height. Not now though, this is a beast of a mast. You will not be dissapointed in any way. Buy once /cry once, the 33’ mast isn't terrible but still flexes plenty but the 33’ heavy duty is so very much worth the upgrade, buy it and never look back, you’ll be grinning ear to ear looking up at the height you’ll have your wire. It is the real deal 100%. If you want height with very little flex get this.
