The power supply works as advertised. Clean consistent power with no noise that I can detect. The only issue I have with mine is the control detent at 13.8v is off and gives around 13.2v instead. Not really the end of the world for me but keeps it from getting a 5 star.

Very nice unit, works as advertised at an economical price. Fan is noisy for a moment when it starts up, I haven't pushed it to where the fan runs constantly yet. It is good to know the fan is working at startup, I just hope noise doesn't become an issue later.

Be aware, the powerpoles are arranged in a 4x1 matrix. This makes it possible to get a polarity mismatch if you accidentally plug into the middle two poles. Also, if your connections are shrink wrapped or have dust covers, there isn't room to plug in both without mechanically stressing them. I would suggest Intellitron (or any other manufacturer) separate them by a couple mm into (2) 2x1 configuration to both avoid polarity disaster and make space for separate connections. Or at a minimum, warn of the potential issue in the instructions. I will be making a 4x1 to (2) 2x1 pigtail to avoid both.

This is a nice small switcher power supply that can deliver 30 amps. It displays both volts and amp with a large easy to read display. Even in a bright room. The supply has a potentiometer to adjust the output voltage. There are two LEDs, one for power and the other if the output folds over. A bonus it that besides the binding posts on the face, the rear has two sets of power-pole connectors. It is cooled by a built in fan that turns on as needed.

I'm pleased with it so far and would recommend it to anyone who needs a 30 amp dc supply.

Based on other reviewers success with this power supply, I must have received a defective unit... under receive only load (tested one by one on 3 different radios) the voltage varied from 11.x to 15.x wildly. So the output of the power supply was not stable at all. I returned the unit.

This is a great little compact power supply that doesn't compromise on features. The power output has been consistent from day one, even when powering multiple radios. I like that the display is easy to read, and that you can see the power output in real time. As my first power supply, I wasn't sure what to expect but this has more than exceeded my expectations and needs.
